The Pritzker Architecture Prize 2017 ตกเป็นของ 3 สถาปนิกฝีมือดีอย่าง ‘RCR’
เป็นที่ทราบกันดีนะครับว่าสำหรับรางวัลสูงสุดแห่งวงการสถาปัตยกรรมอย่าง The Pritzker Architecture Prize 2017 ตกเป็นของ 3 สถาปนิกฝีมือดีอย่าง ‘RCR’ หรือ Rafael Aranda, Carme Pigem และ Ramon Vilalta วันนี้ D’WELL เลยขอพาคุณไปทำความรู้จักเขาทั้งสามกัน ตามมาเลยครับ!
• #ประวัติที่น่าสนใจ Rafael Aranda, Carme Pigem และ Ramon Vilalta จบการศึกษาจาก School of Architecture, Valles, Spain และได้เปิดบริษัทรับออกแบบงาน ‘RCR Arquitectes’ ในปี 1988 ที่เมือง Olot บ้านเกิดร่วมกัน
• #แนวคิดในการทำงาน สร้างงานที่มีความโดดเด่น ด้วยความเชื่อมโยงกันอย่างพอเหมาะระหว่างสเปซภายในและภายนอก ไม่จำเป็นต้องสร้างสิ่งที่ใหญ่ หรือใช้วัสดุเยอะ แต่ควรสร้างงานที่มีความหมาย
• #รางวัลที่ได้รับ นอกจากทั้งสามจะได้รับรางวัลสูงสุดอย่าง The Pritzker Architecture Prize 2017 แล้ว ยังได้รางวัลการันตีความสามารถมากมาย เช่น รางวัลจาก the American Institute of Architecture ในปี 2010, รางวัล International Fellows จาก the Royal Institute of British Architects ในปี 2012 และรางวัล Gold Medal จาก the French Académie d’Architecture ในปี 2015 ครับ
ซึ่งหนึ่งในประโยคของกรรมการที่ตัดสินให้สถาปนิกทั้งสามได้รางวัลที่ผมว่าน่าจดจำก็คือ
“Their works admirably and poetically fulfill the traditional requirements of architecture for physical and spatial beauty along with function and craftsmanship, but what sets them apart is their approach that creates buildings and places that are both local and universal at the same time.”
และนี่คือเหตุผลดีๆ ที่ทำให้ ‘RCR’ ได้รับรางวัลในปีนี้ไป ครั้งหน้าเราจะมาดูผลงานของพวกเขากันต่อ จะมีอะไรบ้าง อย่าลืมติดตามกันนะครับ!
